Temporary visa and entry suspension: Please be advised that the United Arab Emirates have suspended entry and the issuance of all visas until further notice. The entry suspension does not apply to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia passport holders. This is a rapidly changing situation. A valid passport and visa are required for diplomatic or official government purposes.

Passport Requirements:

Original passport and one photocopy of passport information of a signed, diplomatic or official passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, with at least one blank passport page available for stamps.

UAE Visa Application Form:

One UAE signed visa application form, plus one copy. After placing your order, fill out the application forms included in your Visa Application Kit.

Photo Requirements:

Two recent, identical, 2 x 2 passport photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/light background.


OR - you can upload a photo when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.

Other Forms:

An original letter from one of the following concerned U.S. Departments (e.g., Dept. of State, Dept. of the Army, Dept. of the Navy, etc.) The letter must include:
- Your position ( e.g., Colonel, Engineer, etc.) and the purpose of your visit.
- Name and phone number of your point of contact in the UAE and confirm your sponsor during your stay in the UAE.

This is Travisa's service order form, where you will provide your contact and shipping information, choose the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.

Visa Validity:

This type of visa is generally issued for multiple entries, valid for up to five years, with a maximum stay of 180 days in the UAE per visit.

Visa Processing Time:

Diplomatic and Official visas require prior approval from the UAE authorities and the Embassy generally requires a minimum of two business days to issue the visa.

Register your trip with the US Embassy:

The US State Department strongly encourages American citizens planning international travel to register with the US Embassy(s) in the countries they plan to visit. Registration notifies the US Embassy in each country of your travel plans and enrolls you in the State Department travel advisory and warnings program. Feel more secure about your international travels by having Travisa register your trip with the US Department of State; simply complete the form on your visa application kit after placing your order.

Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until all visas and passports are secured and in your possession.
